HSSC Admissions

Admission Policy

Admission to the HSSC 1st year is granted in accordance with the policy of the FGEI (C/G) Directorate GHQ Rawalpindi. The admission program is notified through POF Khabarnama and FGEI (C/G) regional office Wah Cantt, within a week after the declaration of SSC and HSSC results by FBISE Islamabad.
A copy of the same is also displayed on the college noticeboard. Candidates securing less than 60% of marks in SSC are not eligible to seek admission as per policy. Guardianship is not admissible.

Admission Eligibility

  1. Only the real sons of the following are eligible to seek admission to the college:
  2. Armed Forces / FGEI (serving) ii) Defence paid civilians (serving)
  3. POF Employees (serving) iv) Armed Forces / FGEI (Retired)
  4. Open merit (All categories of Cantt residents)
  5. Children of FGEI employees are treated at par with the children of Armed Forces serving personnel and are granted admission to college over and above the allocated quota.

General Instructions

  1. The prospectus along with the admission form is issued by the college office during work hours
  2. Acceptance of an application form does not necessarily mean a selection of a candidate for admission
  3. If an applicant wishes to be considered for admission against more than one group, he should apply on a separate admission form accordingly.
  4. In their own interest, the applicants are advised to apply for admission to other colleges as well
  5. Admission forms containing incomplete or false information shall stand rejected forthwith even if the applicant has paid the admission fee/ dues.
  6. At the time of submission of the admission form attach attested photocopies of the SSC or HSSC result card only. However, a complete set of documents should be submitted along with the fee.
  7. The college does not admit students on a casual basis.
  8. The applicants are directed to fill admission form carefully as changes will not be allowed afterward.

Submission of documents along with application form (attested photocopies)

  1. Photograph passport size One, ID size 2 Nos, with blue background.
  2. One attested photocopy of the SSC marks sheet.
  3. One attested photocopy of character/ provisional certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
  4. One photocopy of the CNIC of the father (and of the applicant for admission to BS)
